Need a Refresher before going out for the dives?

The Beach Refresher Program is an excellent way to reintroduce you back into the water if it has been a while since your last dives and you are not too sure of your diving skills. The beach refresher will cover many of the the most important skills and is conducted in a controlled environment in water shallow enough to stand at the beach. Upon completion of the beach refresher program we shall visit the dive sites and enjoy two amazing fun dives.

14:00h Beach Refresher Dive (2-3 hours)
Next morning (07.00 – 1200h) or next afternoon (1300h -1800h): Two fun dives

Option 2:
09.00h: Beach Refresher Dive (2-3 hours)
1300h -1800h: Two Fun dives

Beach Refresher Program

The Beach Refresher Program is an alternate solution for divers that need to refresh their diving skill and is conducted in the shallows at Cabana Beach. If you feel comfortable with the water and your skills you might feel the Two Dive Scuba Review is a better option for you: Two Dive Scuba Review

THE PREPARATION

Preparation starts with gathering your personal information during the registration process. During the registration we shall administer the PADI ReActivate Quiz for the student. The Divemaster will then go over the quiz and somce of the most important topics and answer any remaining questions.

SKILLS PRACTICE

The Beach Training will revisit some of the most important diver skills such as

Equipment assembly
Buddy checks
Mask Clearing
Regulator Clearing
Regulator recovery
Buoyancy control
Out-of-Air scenarios

2 AMAZING DIVES

Certified Divers can enjoy the Amazing Two Dive Day Trip to the most amazing islands in southern Thailand. A half day excursion out to Phi Phi Ley island and the sister islands of Bida Nok and Bida Nai. Only 45 minutes away by boat means less traveling time and more time to enjoy the spectacular diving and the bays and views that make the Phi Phi Islands some of the most beautiful in the world.

CHOICE OF TRIPS

We offer two trips per day. If you are short on time our trips are perfect to fit in around your schedule. Should you arrive to Phi Phi Island on a morning ferry you can do our afternoon trip, the same day. On the other hand take our morning trip and you will still be back in time to relax before taking the ferry back to the mainland.
Morning trips: 07.00h – 12.00h/ Afternoon trips: 13.00h – 18.00h

SMALL GROUPS

We allow only four certified divers per instructor. Based on diver experience, language, and certification levels we assign dive teams accordingly. This way our divers are provided a dive plan suitable to their needs and training. Small groups means more fun and more bottom time!

WHAT DO WE SEE

Phi Phi Island dive sites are abundant with marine life. Turtles, schools of snappers, black tip reef sharks, moray eels, lionfish, clownfish, groupers, baracudas, leopard sharks, sea horses, nudibranchs, pufferfish, parrotfish, angelfish, butterflyfish and the list goes on, and on, and on….

BEACH REFRESHER PROGRAM

Enjoy this amazing Beach Training Refresher program. Our refresher program is a great way to slowly get back into the water under the careful guidance of our divemasters. You will practice the most important diving skills in the shallow waters of the beach. Mask clearing, buoyancy control, equipment assembly and assimilated safety techniques are all covered in the fantastic half day program.

PREPARATION

FULL DIVING EQUIPMENT

BCD, Regulator, Mask, Fins, Wetsuit, Tanks and Weights

BUFFET LUNCH

During the trip we provide refreshments, fruit, water, tea, and coffee. Between the two dives there is a short break to enjoy the beautiful bays, during which we provide a delicious buffet of Thai cuisine. If you have any special dietary needs we can take care of that request during the registration process.

BUFFET LUNCH

We a have a choice of two dive boats depending on which dive sites trip are visited.

Reef Ranger is a well maintained 19 meters dive boat with sundeck, comfortable seating toilets, showers and easy diving.

Reef Seeker is our large longtail boat which offers a different experience and also allows us to visit the beaches.

Health for Diving	All persons engaging in scuba diving should be of good health. We strongly recommend students check out the medical statement to ensure they are healthy enough to scuba dive. Persons that do have a history of specific illnesses may not be allowed to dive.
Experience required	Need to be a certified Open Water Diver or higher. Need to be staying on Phi Phi Island overnight to participate in any of our trips.
National Park Fees	National park fees are required for this program and are not included (add 600 baht)
Flying after Diving	Divers must wait at least 18 hours after scuba diving prior to boarding an airplane. Not allowing enough time between the last dive and then going to altitude is potentially dangerous

Shark Tour
We went on a Shark Watch tour and let me say, it was unbelievable. There was so many marine life and our guide Valentino was so nice and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back and have Valentino as our guide. You have to take this tour if you are in the Phi Phi islands.
