The PADI Sidemount Specialty course will open whole you new adventure in diving like you have never experienced before. The course is conducted over the course of 2-3 days and will include confined water sidemount training and 3 open water sidemount dives. This course includes the PADI Sidemount Specialty elearning, so you can study all of the theory before you come to Phi Phi Island.

The PADI Sidemount Specialty course consists of 1 confined sidemount training session, and 3 open water sidemount training dive. However our program also includes an additional sidemount fun dive.
Descents, ascents, entry and exit techniques
Gas management by switching second stages as per dive plan
Correct buoyancy control including body position, trim and balance
Correct swimming techniques and turning including flutter, frog & reverse frog kicking
Simulated out-of-gas emergencies using long hose second stage
Respond to regulator / cylinder valve failure & shutting down cylinder within 60 seconds

Once the student has watched the PADI Sidemount training video and completed the PADI Sidemount Specialty eLearning, the student will spend some time with the instructors to clarify the techniques involved in sidemount diving and how to use that knowledge during the PADI Sidemount Specialty training dives.
Awarded a ‘Gold’ PADI Sidemount Specialty certificate permits the diver to rent scuba diving equipment and to enjoy a greater variety of dives.
Theory is conducted in our air-conditioned classrooms. Students watch a the PADI Sidemount Specialty video and read the read the PADI Sidemount Specialty manual. Theory for this specialty takes around 2-3 hours.
The PADI Deep Specialty course consists of 1 sidemoun t confined water training dive, and 3 open water sidemount training dives. Our program will also include an additional sidmount fun dive and will visit the very best dive sites around the Phi Phi islands.
We allow only four students per instructor. This allows us to maximize the level of training for each individual student and provide a personal experience for each student. Each student is always under the direct supervision of a PADI Scuba Instructor.
During the trip we provide refreshments, fruit, water, tea, and coffee. Between the two dives there is a short break to enjoy the beautiful bays, during which we provide a delicious buffet of Thai cuisine. If you have any special dietary needs we can take care of that request during the registration process.

We a have a choice of two dive boats depending on which dive sites trip are visited.
Reef Ranger is a well maintained 19 meters dive boat with sundeck, comfortable seating toilets, showers and easy diving.
Reef Seeker is our large longtail boat which offers a different experience and also allows us to visit the beaches.

The Department of National Parks (DNP) announced national park fees effective from February 2015. The Adventure Club is very professionel, great gear, great boat, great instructors. We dived with Olli, their instructor from Finland…. simply perfect.

We went on a Shark Watch tour and let me say, it was unbelievable. There was so many marine life and our guide Valentino was so nice and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back and have Valentino as our guide. You have to take this tour if you are in the Phi Phi islands.
