Our booking terms and policies are quite flexible and more often than not we are are able to adjust or change bookings to suit our guests as long as we have enough notice to avoid upsetting the preparation of our trips or our other guests. Just in case though, we have provided the following conditions as a guideline.

On occasion, you as the guest, or we, as the service providers may have reason to cancel the booking. Please read the following policies carefully as to understand what is the policy in the event of a cancellation.

DescriptionCancellation Policy for dive courses during non Peak periods
(Jan 16 – December 14)
Student starts the course but is unable to completeThe fee for the course is based upon what segments have been completed and whichever materials have been used. If a student is unable to complete the course the fee charged will be reduced accordingly.
Cancelling a course at short notice, or postponementThe student is charged a 2000 baht no-show fee (per person) plus whatever portions of the course has been completed or materials provided.
Student gives 48 hour cancellation noticeThe student is charged for whatever portions of the course has been completed and equipment or materials provided.
Student cancels after being registered a PADI productOnce a PADI Product has been registered there is no refund for the cost of that product. If the student has not started the course they will only be charged for the cost of the PADI product.
Special Remark*If a student is unable to complete the course for whatever reason we shall provide the student with the PADI Open Water referral form that documents the work that has already been completed. This form can be used at any other center offering PADI courses if the student wishes to complete the course at a later time as long as it is within 12 months of the date on the form.

All guests wishing to participate in either a snorkeling or diving excursion conducted by The Adventure Club must be of good physical and mental health in order to participate in it’s excursions.

    • All guests are required to complete the registration process
    • All guests are required to complete and answer all of the medical history questionnaire.
    • Any guest that can answer ‘YES’ to any of the medical questions may be required to have a
      medical examination
      by a physician prior to participating in an excursion with The Adventure Club.
    • All guests over the age of 55 years are recommended to have a check up with a doctor prior to participating in any diving and snorkeling excursions.
    • The Adventure Club reserves the right to refuse to accept any guest based on any doubt relating to the health of the guest for reasons of safety to both guest and staff

The Adventure Club provides quality diving services and equipment rental. All prices noted are including of full diving equipment unless noted otherwise.
All dive trips are conducted aboard one of our dive boats, either Reef Ranger or Reef Seeker. The Reef Ranger is regularly serviced and maintained and needs be taken to the shipyard at least once per year for a complete overhaul. During this time we may need to join another dive vessel during this time. On occasion during low season we may not have enough guests on the dive boat to warrant the use of the Reef Ranger and may join with divers on another boat (or vice versa). In the event that we need to change dive vessels we shall inform the guest the evening before the trip.

The Adventure Club requires a minimum of three persons to conduct a snorkeling trip.

    • All snorkeling trips are conducted and arranged by trained staff from The Adventure Club. Trips are conducted as outlined in the www.adventureclubthailand.com website
    • Trips can only be conducted with a minimum of 3 persons per group
    • The Adventure Club cannot guarantee that a trip will be conducted until 3 persons have booked the trip.
    • In the event that there are not the minimum required persons then the The Adventure Club shall do our best to postpone the program to another time and date if suitable with the guest. In the event that the new time and date is not suitable to the guest The Adventure Club shall provide the customer with a full refund with exception to any service charges incurred by the customers own bank or credit card payment.
    • If the weather or ocean conditions causes us to cancel the trip we shall offer an alternative program or trip date, or full refund as stated above

By making a deposit payment through adventureclubthailand.com you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchases by you of the services and products we provide. Not all of the products or services we provide are supplied by us, therefore the contract for the product and/or service will be between you and that third party supplier. 3rd party services include transportation services such as ferry tickets and minibus or taxi transfers also offers for accommodation. Although we do our best to select reliable 3rd party services we cannot accept responsibility for the level of service or quality of service.

All 3rd party products (such as ferry tickets, accommodation) sold through adventureclubthailand.com are not an service provided by adventureclubthailand.com but an offer to help facilitate the service of the supplier. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it. We will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the offer when purchasing from the website. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating adventureclubthailand.com there may be times when errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on the website being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, without liability to you for payments made to us. adventureclubthailand.com does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Canceling at short notice

If the guest(s) cancels a booking for a snorkeling trip with less than 48 hours prior to the trip departure time there is no refund or change of venue offered.

If the guest(s) cancels a booking for a dive trip or part of a dive course with less than 48 hours notice the full amount would be refunded less 2000 baht ‘no-show’ fee per person deducted.

Canceling in advance

If we are provided a cancellation notification more than 48 hours prior to the trip departure time we shall provide a full refund.

Guest(s) starts trip but is unable to participate in the full program

Once a trip has started we offer no refunds unless there is a mechanical problem and we are not able to provide the service as booked

Bad weather

If the weather is too poor to offer a safe trip, we shall offer a choice of a different date, or time, or a full refund.

If the weather changes conditions after the trip has started and we are unable to complete the trip we do not offer a refund or change of venue.

DIVE COURSES

Student starts the course but is unable to complete

The fee for the course is based upon what segments have been completed and whichever materials have been used. If a student is unable to complete the course the fee charged will be reduced accordingly.

Student less than 48 hour cancellation notice

The student is charged a 2000 baht no-show fee (per person) plus whatever portions of the course has been completed and equipment used.

Student gives 48 hour cancellation notice

Student is provided a full refund less any equipment or materials used.

Student cancels after being registered a PADI product

Once a PADI Product has been registered there is no refund for the cost of that product. If the student has not started the course they will only be charged for the cost of the PADI product.
